Medical Concepts Development’s OEM Division was launched with the objective of leveraging MCD’s
core competencies to create a comprehensive program of assisting other medical device companies
with product development.

Private Label Development

Let MCD apply our manufacturing expertise in web converting, die cutting, laminating, printing, slitting/rewinding, assembly and customized services to the development of your products. With over 25 years of experience in the use of pressure sensitive adhesive components and materials, as well as the assembly of disposable products for surgical applications, we have a wealth of knowledge to apply to a wide variety of projects.

We are FDA Drug & Device registered and operate from our GMP and ISO 13485:2003 certified
St. Paul, MN facility.

Components

Pouches - C-Section (up to 46” x 46”), Irrigation and Instrument (1-3 pockets, up to 12” deep x 30” long), small pouches (up to 24” wide).

PE incise - component subassembly with printing, die cut, (up to 18” x 23”) double coated for further assembly

Sheeted/Stacked material - All types of material (poly films, foil, nonwovens, etc.) can be sheeted and stacked (up to 62” wide).

Formable clips - Coated aluminum, sizes up to 17.75” long

Narrow Web - Converting/printing roll stock of poly films, foils, aluminum, neoprene, silicone, etc. Double coated tapes single coated films and nonwovens, widths up to 18”

Wide web (slitting/rewinding) - Poly films, foil, aluminum, neoprene, silicone, etc. Double coated tapes single coated films and nonwovens, widths up to 62”

Laminating - Substrate width up to 80” - Adhesive application up to 30” wide. Max roll OD 36”

Die cutting - MCD or customer specified shapes, rotary head up to 18” wide. Pattern repeats up to 23”. Traveling head up to 22” x 22”
